We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, mobile carriers, and vendors who assist in the delivery of these text messages.

In compliance with FCC and TCPA regulations:

Marketing Messages (e.g., wellness campaigns, promotional services) will only be sent with your prior express written consent. This consent is clearly obtained through an affirmative act (such as checking a box or signing a form) that is not a condition of receiving treatment or other services.

Healthcare or Informational Messages related to your care—such as appointment reminders, prescriptions, or lab results—may be sent based on implied consent when you provide your mobile number as part of your patient record.

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by:

Replying “STOP” to any SMS;

Contacting us by phone, email, or through your patient portal;

Making a verbal request to revoke consent.

We will process your opt-out request promptly, typically within 10 business days, and you will receive a single confirmation message to verify your removal. No further messages will be sent after this confirmation, unless you opt back in.

Text messages are sent only during appropriate hours—between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time—and we do not message phone numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, except for non-marketing healthcare communications.

All data is stored securely and protected in compliance with HIPAA and FTC Fair Information Practice Principles. We retain records of your consent and opt-out status for regulatory purposes and do not sell or use your personal data for unrelated purposes.
