Terms of Service update
i. The following SMS program disclosures must be included within the terms and conditions.
- Program (brand) name.
- Message frequency disclosure. (not required for single message programs)
- Product description.
- Customer care contact information.
- Opt-out information. (not required for single message programs)

- “Message and data rates may apply” disclosure. (not required for FTEU rated programs)
It must include the types of messages consumers can expect to receive, texting cadence, message and data rate notices, any associated costs, privacy policy, opt-out instructions and other terms of use.
d. Website registration forms – the phone number must be optional. This is a TCPA requirement and can cause your texting campaign to be denied if it is not.
2. Campaign Registration – Once the above has been completed let me know and I will review and validate. We will then begin registering your campaigns with the different phone companies so that they will not block your messages moving forward.
3. Our Commitment to You:
Should we choose to send you a text message, we commit to the following:
Limited Frequency: We will send no more than four (10) text messages per month.
Your Control: You have complete control over receiving these messages.
To stop receiving messages at any time, simply reply with the word STOP.
For assistance or information, reply with the word HELP.
Standard Rates Apply: Please be aware that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
